Can you help on the same day?
It depends on interpreter availability, but please ask. Same-day requests are easier to arrange with remote interpretation.
Will what I share stay private?
Yes. Our interpreters are bound by confidentiality and never share what they hear with anyone without your consent.

When and how do I pay?
After you accept the quote, you pay before the interpretation. We accept credit cards (JPY or VND) and Vietnamese bank transfer (VietQR).
In a life-threatening emergency, do not wait for an interpreter. Call an ambulance (115 in Vietnam) right away.
